Prep In our Prep year, the guiding principle for the child’s learning is still that of imitation. In a warm and loving environment, children join adults in activities such as baking, sewing, singing, painting and gardening. Children attend Prep for four days per week all year, Monday to Thursday. The play-based curriculum, with its regular rhythms, fosters creative imaginative play, gross and fine motor coordination and spatial relationships, as well as initiative and imagination. Festivals give the whole class community the opportunity to celebrate with wonder and gratitude the gifts of nature and the passing seasons. Our Prep provides a naturally joyful and reverent space where children can prepare for later school life.
