c.  The Administrative Council consists of representatives of the Board of Directors, representatives of the College of Teachers and parent representatives. It assists and serves the College of Teachers in the running of the school.

This group has been mandated by the Company to correctly manage the business operations of the school and to ensure that it meets its legal and financial obligations.  This group meets monthly. Several sub committees and working groups address specific aspects of the school, such as the Buildings and Grounds subcommittee, the Finance subcommittee, the Human Resources subcommittee and the Strategic Plan working group.

Membership of the Administrative Council:

• 2 members of the College of Teachers
• 6 parent or community representatives
